Magnificent garden created by the painter Jacques Majorelle who lived in Marrakech from 1924. The Majorelle garden was bought and restored by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé in 1980. Cactus, bougainvillea, bamboo plantations and plants from five continents. Colored and full of freshness, the Majorelle garden is full of poetry. The artist's studio, painted in a bright blue-purple (blue called "Majorelle"), contrasts with the colors of the vegetation. It now houses a small museum.
